INGREDIENTS:

Brigasca sheep’s milk cheese
200 g
 
Milk
1/2 glass
 
Grated nutmeg
to taste
 
Pepper
to taste
 



The recipe

 

Melt the diced Brigasca sheep’s milk cheese in a bain-marie with milk.

Adjust salt and pepper to taste and add grated nutmeg.
