Semifreddo

INGREDIENTS:

Cream
300 ml
 
Sugar
120 g
 
Eggs
3
 
Citrus zest (orange, lemon)
1

The recipe

 

Whip the cream with half the sugar, without allowing it to become too dense.

Whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar, adding the citrus zest.

Crumble part of the stroscia.

Combine the ingredients and pour into a mould.

Let sit in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Serve with several pieces of stroscia and a glass of Marsala.
