Pickled DNA-authenticated Taggiasca olives

Carefully hand-picked. The olives are washed and put in brine according to the ancient and traditional Ligurian recipe to offer you the unique taste of our great Taggiasca olives.

Please note: Any whitish layer on the olive surface does not affect in any way the quality of the product but it rather reveals its authenticity. A quick wash with fresh cold water will bring them back to their usual appearance.
