Ship-owners, merchants and patrons, Florios have always engaged in tuna fishing and processing, by turning the tuna-fishing net in Favignana into a true modern and innovative cannery.

Florio fillets are still a legend in Sicily. We tried them, tasted them and fell in love with them. They are hand-cut for canning in order to ensure the firmness and integrity of each fillet.
